The University is conducting a non-residential four weeks’ training programme on Educational Administration for Assistant Registrars/Administrative Officers/ Equivalent Officers (Level-10) in October/November 2019 covering topics Good Governance, Pay Fixation (7th CPC), Recruitment Rules, Seniority & Promotion, Rosters & Registers Conduct Rules & Disciplinary Rules, Loans & Advances, Medical Rules, MACP, Leave Rules, Pension & Retirement Benefits, Leadership & Management managerial Skills, Financial Administration, GFR & Purchase Rules, University Administration, GPF & NPS, Compassionate Appointment, Personal Matters (APAR, Service Books & Personal Files), RTI & Contract Management. It has been decided to extend invitation of participation to Assistant Registrars / Administrative Officers/ Equivalent Officers of neighboring Universities/ College/Institutions.

In view of the above, it is requested to kindly nominate Assistant Registrar’s and equivalent officers of your University for participation in the aforesaid training.
Each nomination should be accompanied with requisite fee by crossed DD/Cash/Cheque payable in favour of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Kashmere Gate, Delhi.
