PhD Online application form instruction
INSTRUCTION FOR FILLING ONLINE APPLICATION FORM
Before filling the form please read the INSTRUCTION given below carefully. (Please use updated Mozilla Firefox or Chrome browser on laptop/desktop only)
- Applicant can log in to the admission portal through their registered email id, only.
- Name and other details entered by the applicant need to be the same as in the uploaded documents.
- Applicant can fill multiple forms using another unique email id. Once form submitted no registration fee would be refunded.
- Click on the tab “Online Application Form”. You will be directed to the application form page.
- Click on "New Registration"
- Enter Applicant's Full Name (As per the matriculation certificate)
- Enter Applicant's Date of Birth (As per matriculation certificate)
- Enter Applicant's Email
- Re-Enter Applicant's Email Address (Please use your own email as this will be your USERNAME and will be used for all official communication)
- Enter Password (Minimum 6 characters)
- Re-Enter Password
- Enter Mobile Number
- Re-Enter Mobile Number
- Enter the Captcha Verification (Type the text shown in the image)
- Click on Register.
- You will receive an email from [email protected] with a verification code to verify your registration.
- Enter the OTP you received on your registered email id inbox to verify your account. Check the spam folder as well.
- Enter the Captcha
- Click on “Submit OTP”
- Account verified successfully. Please login to start your application process.
Steps for Filling the Application Form
- Again click on the tab “Online Application Form”. You will be directed to the Application form page.
- Under the "Login" Enter your Registered Email ID as username
- Enter your secret password.
- Enter the Captcha & click on login.
- In case you forgot your password you may click on “Forgot password” to reset your password at your own
- In case you not verified your account, you can click on “Resend Account Verification Code” and email will be sent again to verify your account then login.
- Click on “Complete Profile or update” to fill the registration details (Profile, Other and document upload) Digital Photo and Signature are required in .jpg or .jpeg image format. File size of digital photo must be within 10 to 500kb limit.
- Applicants whose personal profile is locked and has not paid the fees in any of the chosen programmes, the applicant has a choice to unlock the personal profile by clicking "Open Profile" button available at the dashboard for updating personal details.
- Click on “Apply Now" or "Select Programme”
- After programme selection you can proceed to fill the complete form. While filling the online application, if your browser closes unexpectedly or if you are logged out, please use the login credentials to login again. After login on home-page you can view the already selected programme and click on “Submit Application” and resume the process. For better view please use the laptop/desktop browser.
Proceed to fill the form step by step
- Programme selection
- Preview of the personal details, (You can update you profile record before pay the application fee only, by click on “Open Profile” button available on Home-page
- Enter academic details,
- Enter NET/Equivalent detail including “Statement of purpose (SOP)’
- Other details
- Upload the documents (Document/Certificate/Marksheet related size of digital photo must be within 10 to 500kb limit.)
- Preview your Application,
- Select payment gateway and make the Payment.
- Fill all the required information on each page and click “Save and Next”.
- All fields marked by (*) are mandatory. Filling all mandatory fields is required to make your application complete. Incomplete applications will be REJECTED.
- Application process will be regarded as complete only when the payment has been received by the University. Please note that no change can be made once application form is submitted.
- This Fee will be paid through online mode only via payment gateways. Once form submitted no registration fee would be refunded.
- Sometimes payment is delayed from the payment gateways end. Please check after some time, payment will be updated automatically.
Or - After login into the online application form click on the "My Payments" to check the payment status. The payment gateway will check the status against the amount received (if any), and that will be settled immediately, it will not ask you to pay again
