Ankit is an HR leader with 15+ plus years of experience across financial and professional services. He started his career with a business role which required him to market training solutions to various clients in India. The first role gave him a comprehensive exposure to sales cycle, revenue models and helped him develop a sound business acumen.
In the last few years he has developed himself as a highly effective L&D business partner with the ability of delivering business impact. His approach to solution design, building agile and effective L&D engines by leveraging fields like social sciences, analytics and branding. has been recognized by his stakeholders. His current areas of focus are Future Skills, Leadership Journeys, Building Skills for an Inclusive Organisation and Mental Health.
Ankit is a certified clinical hypnotherapist and a Neuro Linguistic Programming Coach. He was also awarded the Young Leaders Award 2019 by World HRD Congress. His core competence lies in understanding and helping people with CMDS ( Common mental disorders) . He is the founder of the social enterprise called as Aao Khilayein. The initiative runs various social projects such as sponsoring medical treatments for underprivileged kids, weekend food drives for old age homes and orphanages, providing education support to schools being run for underprivilege kids, blanket drives every winters and calamity crises management initiatives.
He has always been extremely passionate about psychology and spirituality. His search and longing to understand human behaviour led him to developing, training and coaching people using different methodologies.
He is a natural storyteller with a penchant for acting, a social entrepreneur and a poet by chance. His passion for finding meaning, fulfilment and an uplifted quality of life led him to writing his first book.
