• As a Research Assistant/Faculty, More than Two Decades experience of Research and Post- Graduate Teaching to the students of Archeology and Heritage Management, and Conservation, Preservation and Heritage Management, in Delhi Institute of Heritage Research & Management.
• Continuous Duty in 2nd Wave of Covid -19 for more than 110 days with Delhi Disaster Management Authority District South as a Nodal Officer HRC.

My research of interests includes Anatomy of Architectural Heritage ,Conservation , Preservation and Heritage Management, Causes for Defects and Deterioration in Historic building, Architectural evolution, impact of intangible heritage on Heritage building. Conservation of Archeological Sites/ Finds, Digitization of Indigenous knowledge system and Preservation, Application of Information Technology for better Protection, Preservation and Promotion of our Cultural Heritage, Specialization in architectural and structural & design, chemical conservation, urban conservation, documentation, conservation and preservation of tangible & intangible heritage. and Diasporic Heritage ,etc.

• Participated in Two-day Workshop on ―Diaspora Studies in the Curriculum and Pedagogy of Indian Education System with Special Focus on NEP 2020‖ to be organized by Centre for Diaspora Studies in association with Centre for Policy Research in Education, PMMMNMTT, School of Education, CUG during 13-14 March 2021.
• Participated in the online short-term course on ―Archaeometallurgy and Scientific Analysis of Ancient Metal Objects‖ from 09.08.2021 to 13.08.2021 organized by the National Research Laboratory for Conservation of Cultural Property, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
